1. Only members in good standing with the DoubleGate Swim & Tennis Club and/or Home Owners Association have access to the S&T and/or HOA portion(s) of the DoubleGate website. If your membership is not in good standing for any reason (including past due on your membership dues) you will not be allowed to access the site.  For Membership information on both organizations, click here for a New Resident Welcome Packet.
2. Go to www.doublegate.net . There you will see a Members Login area in the upper left of the page.
3. Enter your email address (this will be the email address you have on file with S&T and/or HOA).
4. Click the Send me my password link just below where you entered you email address.
5. If you have entered a valid email address, you will get a message saying your password will be emailed to you shortly (within 5 minutes). If you entered an invalid email address (not on file with the S&T and/or HOA) you will get a message stating the address entered is invalid and to please try again. Try your spouse's email address or any alternate email address your family may use. If you are unable to remember the address you have on file, email webmaster@doublegate.net for assistance.
6. If you see no message after clicking the Send me my password link, it is likely that you have a pop up blocker activated that is not allowing the message to display. Disable any pop up blockers you have installed for the web address www.doublegate.net.
7. Once you have successfully entered the correct email address, clicked the Send me my password link and received a message stating your password will be sent you shortly via email, check you email for the password. Again this may take up to 5 minutes to receive.
8. Now, with your email address and password, go back to www.doublegate.net and log in.
9. Once logged in, the first thing you should do is change your password for security reasons. Simply go to the My DoubleGate link on the top of the page and select My Profile. 3 lines down you'll see a Change Password field. Enter your new password here. Also enter it again in the next field below to verify you have typed it correctly. Additionally, you may change your email address (the first field on the page) to an alternate or newer more relevant email address if desired and update any other profile information at this time. It is recommended you do not create a spouse profile or edit your forum profile at this time as some understanding of their usage is required to fill this out correctly. Should you wish to create a spouse profile, please first visit the FAQ forum in the S&T and/or HOA Forum area for details on this function.
10. Should you ever forget your password, simply repeat steps 3-8 above.
